I am half Mexican, half Japanese, born and raised in Mexico but emigrated to Canada three years ago. I took basic pre-ballet for a couple of years when I was 11 years old but never really got to do exercises at the bar — let alone in the center! I put all dancing aside in order to pursue my dream to be a veterinarian! When I finished school I moved to Canada. As soon as I arrived, I decided I needed to get get back in touch with my artistic side and quickly fell in love with aerial silks.
